Banana Bread
1c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp baking soda
1tsp.baking powder
1/2 c nuts (optional)
3 ripes bananas (mashed)
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Mix sugar and butter together, cream well, add rest of ingredients in order given. Beat together well, and bake @ 300 degrees for 1 hour or until tooth pick tested done. Makes 1 large loaf. 1 cup milk choc chips rock in this recipe if wanted.
